Hi,

I'm trying to set up a BBQ food stall at a farmers market in Dublin. But I'm having trouble finding somewhere to prepare the food before hand.

I can't prepare it at home because there's raw meat involved and the HSE wont let you use a domestic kitchen for that.

But when I went looking for somewhere else, the only places available to rent were huge industrial units (hundreds or thousands of square footage). The property agents just don't deal with the small units, there's not much money in it.

Has anybody got any suggestions on where I could go to find a suitable small space for food preparation? (Water, electricity & a counter top).
