    Hi folks,
Just wondering if any of you guys could advise / estimate maximum mortgage amount which may be offered on the following scenario please?
Earner A - Self Employed 5 years, net taxable income 30k
    Earner B - PAYE, 29k p.a.
Savings 20k, over the last 18 months, while paying €1200 per month rent simultaneously
5k car loan, no other debts

any ideas would be appreciated, so I can head to the banks prepared for (possibly disappointing) news...
    many thanks

    Sunnygirl:)

well i would advise paying off the car loan as that will lower the amount you can borrow.

At a guess about 180k. Find a mortgage calculator online and work it out.
