cannot access adverts support

    can anyone please tell me why I can't access adverts support forum?

    I am being given this:

    Heya, the ban was applied late last year before I was an Adverts mod so I don't know the full story but I sent a message to guy who did the ban so sit tight if ye can and I'll get back to ye.

    Is there anything you need a hand with in the meantime on adverts?

    You were banned by CuLT for what was described at the time as "smartassery".

    I see no reason to lift you ban.

    yes I have a problem with adverts, that's why I wanted to post there
    apparently some people can stand intelligent conversation, so they just serve bans here and there without a word of explanation and without letting others know,
    I wasn't given any of those
