Hi, The lease on our apartment is up at the end of August, which we had a year lease for. When should we start looking at other places? Hi,

The lease on our apartment is up at the end of August, which we had a year lease for.

When should we start looking at other places? If we find somewhere now will we have to put a deposit on it so that they will keep it of us until August?

Also, do we have to notify our landlord that we are definitely moving out at the end of the lease?
