What is the normal process for locking threads/deleting posts/deleting threads?
Is it based on personal taste? Or do you normally get a bunch of complaints from the people who don't get it?
    Do you ignore some complaints?
Is it the same people over and over again who complain?

I personally roll a 20d and apply a modifier based on the users post count.

Judgement, based on what wisdom we have, I would say.
Or do you normally get a bunch of complaints from the people who don't get it?

depends on the complaint and the topic and the forum. It varies.
    Do you ignore some complaints?

Yes. To be honest some are so loopers that any interaction with them is just going to create a sh*tstorm of further interaction. In those cases we let sleeping dogs lie.

Other times we review the case but find it to be spurious or not something we want to action, and because we get so many reported posts etc, we cant reply to all of them so it may seem like we ignored it when in fact we may have considered it thoroughly.

Is it the same people over and over again who complain?

Sometimes. We ban people if they are making a nuisance of themselves through the complaints system. Most people dont though, many are just diligent users who are helping us out.

    DeV.
