Chorus Broadband in Granary Court?

Hey, Does anyone know if it is possible to get Chorus Broadband in the Granary Court apartments up by the heineken brewery? I have seen an ad on Daft.ie where it says the apartment had it, but noone I talk to seems to be able to confirm it. I rang Chorus and they told me they couldn't find the apartments on their system…

Hey,
