Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hopefully the weather will stay fine for the Skerries 100 motorbike races which are on Saturday 4th July. Practice is on Friday 3rd with the roads probably closed from 5 on Friday and 10 on Saturday. The best way to get there is through Rush. Take left turn before Yacht Bar and Park on the Baldungan Rd or via Man-O-War. There are some great places to shoot from all around the track. Baldungan Corner and between the hairpin and the Shady Lane would be my favourites. Plenty of massive bikes if you just want to shoot really nice motors. I am no big fan of motorbike racing but this a great event and well ran

However be careful. Its a dangerous sport and obey the marshalls and stewards. Dont forget to put a few bob in the buckets when they are passed around.

Might go to this unlikely though

    But while on the topic

Athea road races is on this weekend,Saturday and Sunday their site http://www.athearoadrace.com has more info on it.

Was a great race last year with some excellent racing between Ryan Farqhuar and Keith Amor(new comer) so should be much better this year,Along with the Dunlops.

Last year there was near 20,000 people there and hopefully if the weather is good it'll be more or the same this year,I'll be posting up photos anyway.Would love to see other peoples shots though :)
