    3, damn as there are really nice with low fat cottage cheese, trying to find ways to use cottage cheese for late night snacking or general snacking.

    would it be considered ok bread?

    It didn't list ingredients, but it looked to have the same amount of fibre as brown bread. So consider it as that.

    In case you are still looking- ingredients are on bottom of bag. I read somewhere that one of these equals 1/2 weight watcher point in case that means something?
