MMS Issue

Hi all, Not sure if this is a problem with my phone phone (LG Arena) or with my operator (O2) but when ever someone sends me a picture message (MMS) it shows up tiny , once or twice it has been normal but generally its a tiny little picture that i can barely make out, any ideas ? Thanks

Its an issue with o2 it seems, been rased on here quite a bit lately:
