Hi, I have a builder who is putting an extension onto my house. The problem is that my floor in my existing room where the extension starts from is after buckling and there is a 3 inch rise in the floor. There is plaster and skimming marks all over the existing floor. This floor was down for over 3 years without any issues but he is refusing to take any blame for it. There was some skimming of plaster over the floor and you can quite clearly see the marks all over the floor

    Any advice would be apprecaited.
