its not the brand your after but Aldi will be selling ceramic knives this Thursday

Thank you, I saw that alright on their website yesterday and was delighted. I'll definitly be trying one of them out! Its gas because I was looking high and low for a ceramic knife, and in the kitchen shop they didn't even know what a ceramic knife was and then aldi of all places have one coming up! Good old aldi.
