Recommended office temprature

Does anyone have any info on the recommended room temprature or know if there aer any official guidelines. Open plan office temprature is causing big problems between staff. Does anyone have any experience or info on this?

Seems to be no maximum but a minimum of 17.5.

we have the open plan problem, we have the AC at 22 and one guy shoves a biro in his AC fan to block it as its too cold for him.
