    Ive decided to start alog simply after viewing a couple of others. Im just started at the gym since yesterday. Ive a ****e diet and am starting to change that completly aswell.
    I will update with more accurate measurments when i get them done at the gym 2day but at the moment this is how it stands.

    Male
    Age 29
    Height 5'11
    Weight 21.5

    Im gona take my measurments and see how well I can do.
    So ill update with that when i take them.

    My goal is to get down below 16st by christmas. Big goal but definatly achievable i think and hope I get there.
