Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hey... looking for a yoga/ pilates class in Ennis or Shannon..

    anyone know of any good classes/ instructors/ fitness centres??

    As I have never been to either, I am going to apologize for not knowing the exact answer for you.

    In Shannon, there's a community board in the Town Center and there's usually Yoga up on it, I'm sure there'll be more details on it.

    In Ennis, there's Curves on the Kilrush Road, I think they do something, there's also a place in Roselevin that does classes, also, most gyms would have different nights, I'd check there. I think the Shannon Shamrock might have Yoga nights as well.

    Yeah the Shannon Shamrock might have yoga, they definitely have some good classes on.

    You can do pilots lessons in Coonagh airfield, near Limerick city.

    Ennis Swimming Pool & Leisure Complex have yoga on Thursday nights and Pilates on Friday nights but I have no idea how good they are i'm afraid as never been to either . Their phone number is 065-6821604
