hi all, i need help finding a russian tattoo artist by the name of victor.he used to work in art tattoo in temple bar and was doing a biomech sleeve for me.i really want to get it finished but art tattoo say they have no contact number for him and have no idea where he's working now.would anyone know who i'm talking about…
