Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mr.Bunk contacted me though Pix.ie to ask for permission to use my photo on his website. I am not a professional photog, and am just happy that he liked my photo enough to want to use it.

The only question I have is if it's a problem that there is another person, audience participator, in the photo and I have no release. Is this a problem?

    photo in question:

AFAIK, so long as the person isn't recognisable, as such, then it should be ok. Although I'd say the kid with the hand growing out of his head would be easy to spot anywhere :p

agree with trooney - you should be fine (unless Mr. Bunk is actually the guy with the mad grey hair :D)

The child isn't recognisable so I don't expect that their is any difficulty with it.

Well done anyhow - it is nice to be recognised for some of your work.

    Thank you, guys.

Sent him off a limited permission to use the photo on his website, as he asked.

    Again thanks.:D

Alexis Berube has just asked can he use three of my pictures.

I would be delighted for him to use them as I loved the pictures I took of him, this is the one which he commented on, I'm waiting to hear which the other 2 are.

I've given images to performers before (Aerial Angels, The Daredevil Chicken Club), etc.

    No biggie.

In fairness the biggieness is all relative!

The first time I had a pic in print i was delighted, showed it to everybody, now I wouldnt even bother to buy the paper!
