Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Teach Science/maths abroad

    Heya guys

I'm just finished my dip and job hunting at the moment. I have had a good few interviews but no joy so far. Plenty of experienced teachers seem to be beatin me at the interview stage. It's looking like i'm gonna have to look abroad for some work.

Anyway, I have heard of English teachers getting jobs abroad (Dubai, China, Japan, etc) but i have no English qualifications whatsoever (apart from speaking it).

Does anyone know if schools in Dubai take maths or science teachers from Ireland or the Uk?

Are there recruitment websites for these countries?

    Any assistance greatly appreciated.

    Hey

You should have a look at jobs.ie. I was looking at the education section the other day and there was an Irish company recruiting for jobs in maths, english as a second language, etc in schools in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
