Piers for new gates? Cost?

I need to get a couple of block piers built to hang some new wooden gates (7ft X 2 sides), any idea how much I can expect this to cost? The piers need to be around 5 feet tall and about 2 foot square. Also do they need to be reinforced in any way to support the weight of the gates? The gates will not be hugely heavy,…
