    Nope, its in all the slapper shops in town too. Pennys just succeeded in making it look even cheaper, if that is possible.

    Hey, I have neon socks. I got them from Penneys. I like them plenty. They make me feel trendy and up to date without having to go the whole hog by buying an orange top to match my face and hair.
