Handy enough twincam, straight in the cork mallow road, along the commons road, pass blackpool shopping centre on the left then turn right at the t junction heading towards the city, take a left after the petrol station onto Leitrim st, drive along McCurtain st, turn right over to go over the bridge, straight over the next bridge, turn right and pass city hall on your left, turn right to go over another bridge, then keep an eye out on the left hand side for the entrance to the carpark, its just before you turn on to Merchants quay.
Looking at it now, it looks more difficult than it is...I think this is the handiest way but maybe someone else has a better idea.

Google maps is handy for that kinda thing.

Its easy enough a trip, one way system right outside the carpark though!

Come in the Mallow Road, on to the commons road, past blackpool shopping centre, road swings left, at traffic lights take a right towards city centre, straight on that road to the city, opera house will be facing you as you approach, go straight over the bridge, turn left to go along the quays, straight through the lights, merchants quay shopping centre will be on your right, at the next lights in an ideal world you'd turn right and go in the car park but with the one way system you've to make a big square to get there so straight at the lights, turn right after the bus station, (there will be a Mahers sports equipment shop in front of you before you turn) straight through next lights, over the bridge, turn right, city hall on your left, stay in inside lane because you are going right again to go over the next bridge, get into the outside far left lane, after the pedestrian lights the car park will be on your left, theres a ramp entry, the building is red brick and right after subway!

Hope this helps, this actually relatively easy!
