Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Because morons keep buying jacked up cars for ridiculous money. Most Qashqai's aren't even 4 wheel drive, ffs.

You can't blame the makers. It's a bit cynical to make the 1 series worse and then charge more for it, but the customer is always right, even if he/she is a moron.

    ffs :(

Dear idiots, stop buying these stupid cars.

Looking at the article, they're going moving the X3 "up market". Don't know if that just means bigger.
The introduction of the X1 has been made possible in part by a decision to take the X3 further upmarket. As it stands, the two cars are remarkably similar in size; the X1 is just 116mm shorter, 57mm narrower and 130mm lower than the X3, at 4454mm long, 1798mm wide and 1545mm high.

Incidentally, I got a lift in an X3 a few weeks ago, and it really wasn't that bad.

What is it lately that every BMW launched has a melted look about it?

I'm seriously wondering what is the point of this car. Is the market that it's aimed at not where the X3 is supposed to be positioned? And didn't they make the current X5 bigger so the X3 wouldn't be overlapping it?

This means that now they're going to make the next generation X3 bigger again and make it even more of an irrelevance in the process.

Thats it really & looks to be more expensive price for unknown reason.

If cars keep keeping higher off the road how long before selling monster car style add on for greater height. BTW not so keen on 1 series 5 door but 3 door looks fine.

You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”
