Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ive had the 206 for about a year now and Ive saved up about a grand, im just wondering what would be the best performance modifications I could do?

Is chipping it effective and whats teh legal sides of it?

chipping is effeective depending on what engine you have. your insurance company would need to know about any performance enhancements you've made.

chippedire.com give an increase from 90 to 116bhp and torque from 205 to 253nM

obviously you can go higher, but there are pros and cons to that.

What else can be done to a diesel to increase performance?

I assume you could change for bigger turbos from a higher bhp model like the 406 or 407, but mapping/chipping seems to be the best way without going overboard on cost. performance exhausts/filters won't make much of a difference.
