26 years old. Can I apply with points through CAO?

    Hey.

    I understand that I am too late to apply going the Mature Student route for this year.

    My question is if it is possible for a 26 year old to apply for a college course/s using points from my Leaving Cert in '99

    Afaik its too late to apply for this year as the latest date for application was the 1st May. You can still apply for any courses that come up in the CAOs vacant places service but that wont be until August and your course choices will be limited.

    Next year you can apply to the CAO as both a mature student and also on the basis of your LC points from 99.
