Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What make of car are we talking about, and what is the problem. Diesel fuel injection in Rathmines is a diesel spec. Think there in Blackberry lane.

is it the 1905cc Td or 20L hdi....
I'm running a 406 with the 1905cc Td with 206k and had no problems with the turbo...The don't normally give trouble...sometimes the egr valve stick on them giving loads of black smoke and no power...
disconnecting the vacuum hoses going into egr valve normally sorts it out...:)

Blank off the hoses or you will lose the vacuum for you brakes...:)
    cable ties should work...
its worth trying this before you got stripping down the turbo.

The egr valve is located at the back of the engine near the bulkhead.
Think the vacuum hoses are black around 8mm outer dia...
