Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

They won't send me my Theory Test Cert.

    Sigh.

    Passed my Theory Test on the 18th of May but at the centre, there was a problem with the printer. The guy at the desk told me they'd send it out to me. Fine, I wasn't in a mad hurry or anything, so off I went on my merry way.

    Have since rang them up about six times, which has cost about 25 quid's worth of credit, listening to terrible hold music. They keep promising I'll have it in the next week, and it's just not happening. They never have a record of the number of calls I've actually made either - last time I rang, they told me that yes, they had a record of me calling three times before, whereas the time before, they had a record of me calling four times before.

    For a while, I thought maybe there was some sort of postage blackspot, but I've since received stuff from China that I only ordered a few days ago, so that's not it.

    I don't know how else I can get it out of them. I've asked them to email it to me so I can print it off, and I've offered to pick it up at the centre, but no dice. At the centre itself, they tell me they can't do anything now, and keep telling me to ring the DTT helpline number, which is no help whatsoever, as detailed. This is really frustrating. Somewhat optimistically, I've already done my eye test, which is due to expire soon, so it's going to start costing me money I can't afford. It's driving me crazy to have my bike sitting idle just because of the damn DTT.

    If anybody's had this problem before, or has any advice on how I can get them to give me my damn certificate, I'd much appreciate it...
