Good fly fishing spots?

Looking for some good spots to fish for trout on the east coast. The nearer to Dublin the better but I dont mind travelling. I dont like fisheries and would prefer somewhere more off the beaten track in the wilderness (Dont mind a hike, in fact that would be welcomed:D). Not an expert fly fisher so that could be relevant.…

Excellent website, spoiled for choice now:P

Is there anywhere in particular you would recommend for somebody not particularly experienced at flyfishing? I like the look of some of those spots in Meath.
