2nd year in Oz

    Hi guys

    I know a person who just returned back to Ireland after a year working in Oz with his uncle. Unfortunately he didn’t get a 1263 form signed! so he cant return for a second year.

    Does anyone know what he could do to to get this form signed or is there any other way round it.

    Any help at all would be great.

    That's not a problem at all. That form is not even required in the application unless they request it, and they rarely do. All he needs is the postcode where he worked and the relevant dates. Complete the application online and that should be that. If they start asking for evidence it should only take a couple of phone calls or a fax to sort out.

    Exactly what the above said, you dont even need the form, there is nothing stopping him from applying
