Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Canon G10

Canon G9 (still holds its value on ebay and the likes),

    Panasonic LX series,

    Nikon P5000.

Most of these are backup grade point and shoots for a pro or serious amateur. Would suit your needs pretty well.

A few questions .... What do you mean by "crap photos"?

    Why do you need 10mp?

Right , its like this . My sister has a Sony N2 10 MP digital touch screen . Brillaint camera .

This Sony T70 was bought on eBay in New York and cost € 350 including taxes duties etc .Its a small touchscreen easy to use camera , but not as good as our N2 .

Today we took 2 photos with each camera and compared them , but can see a huge difference in quality .

We expected this new Sony T70 to be at least as good a camera as our old Sony N2 .

Scores quite well in some reviews

Sure you haven't messed up the settings somehow? Seems like a capable enough camera.. in what ways is there a huge difference in quality?

Looks like you have the settings wrong. Just a little over exposed.

Reset your camera settings as follows :

    1) Home
    2)Settings - > Initialise
    3) Confirm Restore default settings by pressing ok.

    Hopefully this helps.

    Thanks Majitripp,
We have now restored the camera to original settings .

Hopefully this might sort the problem , because surely this Sony T70 is capable of producing decent pictures.

Set the camera to full Auto settings and take a few shots, then post them up and we see if everythings as it should be.
