I need to clear an area full of weeds,ivy, brambles etc. The area is covered to a height of around six foot. What weedkiller would be best to kill all this stuff?

Roundup is great, takes about 10 days to work but when its does its like a bomb went off in the area you sprayed it. Nothing is left
