Hi stephen, i reg for day 1b without sat?...
Congratulations, you beat the system :)

I also had enough fpp in both months, will they be taken into consideration for late reg'd players? thanks
    They most certainly will.

Cheers everyone for getting behind the IPO so much. Preparation has gone so smooth this year (was really hectic in previous years), so fingers crossed that everything goes to plan from 16th to 18th Oct now. :)

Please remember max bets are smaller than you may like due to the prize money. All addidtional names up there, will be done daily (am).

Im not slagging of boylepoker, or the IPO, but please, admit it :)

Problem is if a player stands more to win on a bet than in prizemoney this could lead to some unsavoury situations towards the closing stages.

Perhaps you can find another bookmaker who has priced it up and see if they will lay you a bigger bet than Boyles will, how much did you try and have on?

sorry if it's elsewhere in the thread, but do you have a full list of the payout structure from last year?

    Anybody know Mmcgenius's real name?

Want to throw a few quid on him.

He seems to have a knack in these Boylespoker tourneys.

yeah, he seems to be a good player. I am guessing it is Mark McGuinness who is listed at 300/1.

The prize-pool payout wasn't a massive difference from standard by any stretch and I don't think HiCloy was too put out by it :)(the list here states how much each player received after all wheeling and dealing was done. Below is how the percentages actually would have been broken down officially).

    Place Finished
    1 17.50%
    2 13.50%
    3 9.42%
    4 7.07%
    5 5.55%
    6 4.63%
    7 3.70%
    8 2.78%
    9 1.85%

More or less, but we can't publish the exact payout structure until the final number for the tournament is announced.

    Dear Mr. Spillane,

You don't know me because I am just a small time grinder. I wish to place a minuscule wager on myself to reach the final table.
Due to incompetence I was unable to obtain all the extra chips and will only be starting with 9k. I haven't won any money at card playing in many years and business is so bad that sometimes I don't have enough money for petrol and have to push my own car home.
It is with this in mind that I beg you to give me fair odds, perhaps 600 or 700 to one to win the tournament. I just want to see my humble name printed on your lovely website.
Ask anyone here and they will confirm just how terrible I am at the pokahs. Please look into your heart and do what you know to be the right thing. If you can give me 800/1 I will gladly wear a boylepoker baseball cap.
I am an old man, my powers are failing, look into your heart Paul and offer me, as the worst player in 1400, 800 to one.
    bless you,
    desmond.

    this is an outrage!
