Is there any side events scheduled?

I'm registered for day1b.I don't mind which day I play if people need a swap once it doesn't risk losing my seat in the transaction.

It does risk it if you swap as someone may well jump in and grab the space. Although I can't see it going pear shaped if you are on the phone to each other as you un-register and re-register (in the same few seconds).

    Stephen.

Enough of a risk for me offer withdrawn.

Can you add a price for Harald Gaerttner?

In addition: If anybody is interested I have about 5 shares on me left at ChipMeUp for the IPO. Just look for ShadowBJ21 if you are interested.

Sorry Kieran yes they are all listed on the home page (and tournaments section) of www.pokerireland.ie ....Better to give you that link than try to link to it through this thread (details are posted about 16 pages back I think :) )...

    Cheers,
    Stephen.

Stephen will be able to tell you the cash game rake.

There is an ATM across the road from the hotel.

anyone got a good link of location ..I got a bit lost last year coming down N3 and been told to head to Monaghan and go down M1 and just keep going ?

Have looked at a few online route finders and some say branch off at E1? and others say N1 and some even say M1 ???

Just need clarification of last 10 miles I think ....( 40 fags smoked in that time last year ....prefer trees and water )

Coming from small lane in Fermanagh :D

Take the N1 all the way , go str8 past the entrance to the port tunnell and its about 1/2 a mile down on the left . It's really the easiest way to go

indeed we did, but had zero income at the time. now i'm all sorted with €€€ coming in and only considered reg-ing properly today when the guy I live with was telling me he's working at it this weekend.

being honest i'm absolutely delighted it sold out so fast, takes alot of pressure off ste and the boyles team.

side events for the win!!! :D

I was raging with myself for not registering early enough for this several times in the past. Finally got myself together and registered for it.

Can't wait for it now, because I've heard nothing but good reports.

Registration as been closed, so even if all 700 players pull out you couldn't register until boyles open it again for registration.

There will be plenty of cash action and the side events will have some great value too, so don't be too dissappointed.

LUKE SCHWARTZ....aka FULLFLUSH....I see this guy is in the **** for nicking a sandwich (well refusing to pay as he felt he was to important to do so ) in the EPT London ....
He had to get an escort at Party Poker World Open recently as well as it appears that they are trying or have banned him from all casinos
I take it it wont be a problem at IPO?

He get angry with donks so I hope hes at my table :)

Think his problem was paying £250 reg and then having to pay £6 for an egg sandwhich........understandable gripe IMO.

Are the chips for the side events definitely 2k plus 2k/3k (depending on whether you get a rebuy or top-up - you only get one)for the Hold 'Em and 3k+3K for the ROE?

4k or 5k chips for a €110 game with 20 min blinds seems a bit crapshooty. 2k starting stack will have nearly everyone all-in at some stage before the break.

As much as i enjoyed the ME last year i did have the misfortune of playing a side event on the Sunday. Didn't realise the structure when i jumped in which is my own fault but it was basically all in or fold after a couple of levels. I understand why the side event is structured like this but i won't be playing this year if knocked out
