sterling bank draft

how do i go about sending a sterling bank draft. i have Euro, and need to send money to someone in england in the form of sterling. now a bank draft i think would be the safest way to do this (outwith online banking transfers which is out). do i have to have an account in an irish bank to send it????

Yes, you need an Irish bank account to get a sterling draft, as it will be debited from your bank account.
