Air Vent rattle on 320d

I have an annoying rattle from one of my front air vents. on my 320d. It occurs all the time so i suspect a part is loose as when i hold my hand to the bars of the vent the noise stops. Any ideas if a replacement will be covered under BMW warranty? Car is less than 2 yrs old
