    Love the band, even love the song, but for one second can we all sit back and acknowledge how insane it is that this was a massive number one hit! :D

    I agree, there are too many terrible lyrics out there these days.. although I slightly wonder why U2 was mentioned in this context. Doesn't it take a bit more insight to compare your soul-searching to an animal digging in earth than to say "you can stand under my umbrella"? That one is my fav by far..
