Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Apparently a highly promising 15yr old CB who's just signed for Manu from Charlton...he's London born but has played for Ireland u17's and says he's commited to a future with us...but has recently been asked to play for England and although he says he personally wants to represent Ireland worringly says he'll "have a word with them(Manu) to see what they say"...will they try turn the lads head for a more high profile English set up

him being in the english setui would suit them better in terms of champions league player quotas wouldnt it? or does it matter since he has an english passport anyway?

Woulnd't matter a whit under the current rules - it's all to do with club trained and association trained roles for the CL. Passport wouldn't come into it. Pretty sure Platini said they had no plans to change this in the future

It shouldnt matter from that point of view. He'll count as a fully developed youth team player in England.

Fergie has no love of England, and would direct him to Ireland in a second, after trying to get him for Scotland :)
