    Does anyone know the best personal loan rate for approx. €15k over five years? I've looked at the 'best buys' but they are not up-to-date.

    I have a similar loan which started at 7% for first year - but its around the 9-10% mark at the moment...it was higher but interest rates were cut (Slightly)

    BOI or First Active seem to have the best fixed rate loans .
