    Do people scuba dive here?

    Where?

Can you do it for just a day with an instructor?

    I'd love to try it.

Of course, there are many clubs and dive centres all around Ireland. Google one in your area. PADI Discover Scuba is probaly the best if you just want to do it for just a day, where you can do a shallow dive with a PADI instructor. Though this is really just a teaser and you may want to go for a course after :) Have fun!
