HELP! Constantly slow broadband..

    Currently on Digiwebs 3mb plan and constantly only getting this...

    I know i live in Leitrim but would of thought it would be better than this ?. Any ideas what i could try and do to fix it ?. Lines were updated here a few months ago so it should of improved but seems the same, apart from the ping which is alot better.

    Any tips for a complete novice ?.

    Are you using wireless? if so try directly connecting
    On your speedtest your using Galway as the locations, this is just an exchange, try actually connecting to a server i.e Dublin, London, France Amsterdam...
    Call you ISP and ask them to check signal levels if none of the abouve options work...Also try doing a download test...

    What are your line stats? Are there filters on all your phone extensions?

    What speed are you actually syncing at? How far are you from the exchange?
