Tai Chi Navan

Hi, Has anyone experience with Tai Chi in Navan? Just moved to the town and would like to take this up. Am 32 and just looking to do something non contact as am prob too old to take up Judo or that as a beginner.:D

Did you try the Korean Martial Arts Centre on Canon Row?

The korean martial arts centre doesn't do Tai Chi anymore, they used a while back. But they have some other classes on a Tuesday that may suit instead.
