Help Identifying Tree

    As per earlier post I am trying to find trees suitable for back garden. I have attached photos of a tree I think would be perfect. Can anybody identify it for me.

    Looks like Pyrus calleryana 'Chanticleer', an Ornamental pear.
    We had a thread about it on the Irish gardeners forum sometime in May.
    Would post a link, but you know.........

    I wonder if i cut a small clip of it and brought it into local garden centre they would know for sure. It does look like what you say just want to be 100%.

    Possibly, but depends on the standard of horticultural knowledge available to who you approach.
    Plus if you could supply flower and leaf together, then the ID would be closer to the truth.
