With Drogba as captain you get 21 points between him and Tevez.
With Tevez as captain you get 27 points.

Kuyt is a waste of money IMO but def bring in Bent. Why not Malouda/A Young instead of Nasri?

I'm going with Torres out for RVP and Arteta (Still have the fecker) out for Ashley Young. Tevez as captain. Risky business but it is squeaky bum time and my most rivalry rival is catching up quick. Only 5 points in it. 40th in boards league. Full team for this week:

I think A. Young is must for captain this week, an assist pretty much every game and a bonus point or two. The fact that he has a double gameweek seals it for me...

Arteta has been my worst buy all season, every gameweek it looks like he is coming back then doesn't play :mad: maybe the injury is worse than it was reported, I wonder if it a ploy by Moyes to keep him in mind for the WC.

Bit risky as I'm not even sure RVP will start, but he looked in great form when he did come on against Spurs so I'm trusting if he does start he will hopefully do well, and Gerrard, well he is having a poor season by his standards but I'm hoping with Torres out he is played in a more attacking role and does some damage against West Ham.

Reports are he flew back to Spain to have more tests on his knee and I think he is been prepared for their midweek game in Europe and wont be risked at the weekend. It's a pretty safe bet to say he wont even be on the bench I imagine.

Rafa said that the last time he spoke to torres, it was about playing against west ham, but you can be almost certain he wont. They're at home and their record is pretty good so you'd fancy them without torres, they've nothing to play for in the league really (bar uefa cup qualification) and they're playing Athletico Madird 3 days later. Almost a definite non-starter.

I'd say Rooney is almost guaranteed to start. I brought him in just there, and if he does start he's a good chance of a goal + BP

I'd imagine the safer money would be on Bent, playing for a side who are typically much better at home, against a side who are typically very bad away from home. The majority of Bents goals are also scored at home, 17/22 scored at home in the premier league I think., everything would be telling me to go for him.

Villa do have a double gameweek but it is two matches away from home, granted against seemingly weaker opposition, but I dont think its a dead cert for them to win either match.

Bent is favourite in my opinion obviously.

I took a chance 2 weeks ago and brought in Bent as capt...23 mins in he had 2 goals against spurs and I was looking at a great score ..... he then went and missed 2 penos and finished wth 7..
