Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can't go wrong with Panasonic really. I know that's an english price, but they'll have it at stores down here for €180 i reckon

A little bit above your budget, but totally worth it,

thanks very much that panasonic is exactly what i am looking for, and the ipod dock seems to be swaying me towards it.
just wondering are the speakers wireless?

i seem to like the look of the logitech system and the reviews it gets are amazing for 236euro it definitly seems like a good deal. i am just wondering are pixmania.ie a good company to deal with?? any personal experiences?

    thanks for your help

I don't think the speakers are wireless, better to get wired anyway to be honest cos cables are always better than wireless (except they're more unsightly)

Pixmania are grand, if what you order is working perfectly when you get it, if not you can be waiting anything up to 3 months to get it replaced/refunded! I've ordered a good few things from them and only had problems once, i like being able to pay a couple of euros extra for the two day delivery from them.

I think the xbox makes a poor DVD player - It's loud, and the picture qual on my 42" plasma is bad compared to sony upscaler ...

The Xbox won't upscale dvds unless you have it connected via HDMI. A standalone player would definitely be better, like Easyboy said, the 360 is also very noisy for watching movies.
