Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all -

I am hoping that someone can diagnose a problem for me... once I have locked my car roughly 10/15mins later the alarm goes off... without anyone tampering with the car... it just goes off.... again and again

The car is an 1999 Nissan Primera ---

How can I diagnose what is going on?

    Thanks in advance
    Kristian

how many beeps does the car signal after you stop it ringing?
This will tell you which sensor set it off. Check your alarm handbook to diagnose which sensor. Check all windows are closed. If they're open then the ultrasonic sensors inside will detect a "broken window" and sound the alarm

Check the indicator bulbs also, i had a bad connection.

Alarm wasnt flashing one corner indicator properly.

Turned out it was a loose connection.
