Thanks everyone, I've really enjoyed this thread.....been really great crack, great posters, and it never got out of hand, unlike lots of other threads on boards. Only remember one ban being handed out. Big thanks to Bond for great and sensible modding, and to Billy The Squid for all those videos.

Definitely formed a mini-community here, and whilst I'm glad the scam is over, I'm sad that this thread is over. Don't think the Brainbox thread will take off like this one.

I must admit I never thought this night would come: Play TV is gone from our screens. While I am not sorry to see it gone, I will miss logging onto this thread every evening to catch up with all the goings-on. My thanks to all who made intelligent (and at times very funny) contributions here over the last 8 months. But I would like to thank Bond for allowing this thread to open on July 7 last (if I left anyone out, my humblest apologies). We all made some connections, some fast, some not so fast! Late nights just won't be the same without it! And I will still stop by from time to time when I have a spare moment!

TV3 did not even respond to my last 2 complaints. They will be adjudicated on without their response.

I don't think they will care at this stage.

Todays Star had a short piece on the "Axing of PlayTV" with a picture of our lovely Dervall and just a short summary piece noting the complaints and that it was "dishonest and unfair"
