Best Irish Made Chocolate?

    I'd like to bring some high quality chocolate with me in my next trip to China to give my girlfriends granny as a present (we are visiting her).

    While Butlers is fairly nice I don't think it meets Leonidas standards of mouth watering greatness!
    Does anyone any recommendation for a Irish chocolate maker that I can buy from in Dublin/Wicklow or order on line from (travelling in four weeks time so have plenty of time) that's really a cut above the rest quality wise?
