So I have just remembered there a few mins ago the other night

I had a dream that there was a lump on my chest and it was the worst

dream i have had in a while and when I woke up I was convinced I had a

lump but thankfully I didnt. So anyway yesterday my mam was around and

just noticed my thyroid gland was a bit swollen and I had never even

noticed but there is a slight lump of some sort around that area so I am

going to get it checked in a few days. Anyway just think its abit freaky

how I dreamt I had a lump and then found one next day..... freaky
