Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Astra wipers

    My wipers have started to park in the middle of the windscreen when Iv swiched them off I think they have sliped on the linkage. Can anyone tell me how to get at the linkage without breaking the plastic cowling that covers it. Its a 99 or g-type astra and thanks for any help.

    happens to alot of astra g's. its the motors that need replacing afaik

    I had the motor replaced last Christmass before the nct. I know that it could be broke again and with the vat there over 200 euro, thats just the part not labour. So this time Ill have a go myself if someone can tell me how to get the dam plastic cowling off without breaking it.

    There is a hard rubber strip at the bottom of the windscreen thats on top of the cowling if I take this off will it click back int place again when Iv finished?:confused::confused:
