Concrete Pillars in Dublin Bay

Tuesday and yesterday I noticed a huge barge and tug in Dublin Bay just north of Dalkey Island, loaded with what looked line 2 concrete pillars. While walking the pier in DL today saw those pillars submerged nar the harbour. Anyone have any idea what they are for? Something in connection with the regatta or more…

Tuesday and yesterday I noticed a huge barge and tug in Dublin Bay just north of Dalkey Island, loaded with what looked line 2 concrete pillars.

While walking the pier in DL today saw those pillars submerged nar the harbour.

Anyone have any idea what they are for? Something in connection with the regatta or more infastructure for the wind farm?
