My first fitness log

    hello

    Ive decided to start my first fitness log as ive recently joined my local gym and really like it.

    So at the moment im

    21 years old
    6 ft 4" tall
    weigh 88kg
    fairly big build

    my goals are mainly to put on alot more muscle upper body and arms dont want to loose weight.
    maybe a bit around my mid section have a bit of a spare tyre at the mo.

    i started in the gym 3 weeks ago ive been getting use to all the equipment etc and learning to use it right which i think is very important.my log will mainly be around weight training and the reps and weight.

    also my diet i think is where most of my work needs to be done.
    in the morning i usually go without breakfast all the way till maybe lunch.
    takeaway's are out totally,trying to eat less bread.

    and also eat more protein milk,eggs etc

    warmed up ten minute run on treadmill speed 10.5

    Bench 10x 30kg
    10x 30kg
    5x 40kg
    5x 40kg

    dumbbells
    10x 14kg
    10x 14kg

    Shoulder press
    10x 40kg (x2)
    Chest flys
    10x 40kg (x2)

    Diet was
    bowl of cerial
    chicken breast with veg and potatoes
    garlic bread and noodles

    7th july 2009

    just a bit of cardio today mainly
    15 mins treadmill speed 11
    rowing machine 1000meters
    so light sholder press and chest flys

    bad diet today no breakfast,chicken fillet roll for lunch,fish dinner

    just wondering do you plan on doing leg work in this program?

    edit: its also Treadmill, no H :P

    and no im pretty blessed when it comes to legs im very happy with them
