    they do still have the original one, i was there the other day watching the hangover and the girl asked me if i'd like the regular one or the new one and i quote

    "It kinda tastes like real cheddar"...

    I don't even want to think of what it might really be.,lol

    I only go to the UCI for the cheese nachos. Really. It's a **** cinema. If they stop those nachos, I'll never go back.

    I cant remember the name of the new cheese but it was alright I guess. I nearly threw it back at her and left the cinema when she gave it to me at first. Apparently they are getting the old one back in a few weeks because of complaints.

    I'm writing a letter to them now to make sure that happens. Damn I love those nachos.

    I've seen them make that. It was a yellow powder they poured boiling water into & stirred REALLY fast... looked like wallpaper paste.

    when i worked there back in the day they used to pour the japeleno juice into the cheese and mix it

    i love nachos with cheese at the cinema. might try make this at home tomorrow and see if it turns ok. just googled a receipe there now
